Shipment and customs clearance

  • Our Canadian forwarding agent can take care of customs clearance (no VAT advance needed). Of course, you are free to work with the forwarding agent of your choice.
  • Our carrier can manage shipment for your artworks, at very competitive prices, from Paris or Brussels. An estimate will then be established according to the number of artworks (size and weight). The delivery will be done straight to your booth.

Located at the crossroads of high-traffic neighborhoods such as Old Montréal, Chinatown, the International District, the Entertainment District and the Business District, the convention center sees 10,000 passers-by each day. The Palais is also easy to access by bicycle, on foot, by train or using public transportation with direct access to the metro, or by car, thanks to the 1,600 indoor parking spaces.

Only international galleries that regularly organise exhibitions and displays in their local areas are allowed to take part.

Applications from artists agents, as well as independent artists marketing themselves, are not accepted.

In order to submit your application, please return the registration form duly filled in and signed.

• As soon as this is received, you will receive confirmation of receipt via email.

• You will then receive the selection committee’s decision as quickly as possible.

Your application can either be refused, accepted or partly accepted (as certain artists can be refused).
The selection committee aims to ensure the fair’s high level of quality.
The exhibitor contract will come into force solely once the confirmation by our selection committee is received.
